3.商品のお届けについて
3.1.お届け時期について
原則として、ご注文をいただいた日から2～4営業日程度にてのお届けとなっております。
また弊社は半年に一回のペース（1ヶ月半程）でアフリカへ買い付けに行きます。その期間の発送に関してはお時間を頂戴する場合がございますので予めご了承下さい。
3.2.お届け場所について
日本国外および一部の地域や離島につきましては、配送を承れない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

4.商品代金等について
商品代金は、各商品に表示された価格に基づきます。
商品代金以外に、配送料、代金引換手数料、その他ご注文の際に表記してある金額が請求されます。
なお、配送料等も含めすべて消費税等が含まれた金額（内税）で表示しております。

5.お支払い方法等について
お支払い方法は以下のとおりです。
代金引換決済

6.キャンセル・交換・返品等について
ご注文完了後のキャンセルやお客様ご都合によります交換・返品は、原則としてお受けすることができません。
なお、商品には万全を期しておりますが、万が一、届きました商品が汚損、破損していたり、ご注文商品と異なった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に弊社までお問合せください。
商品の返品対応や交換等を承ります。
なお、商品の交換等の際は、配送されたもの全てをご返送ください。

3. Product Delivery
3.1 Delivery Time
As a general rule, products will be delivered within approximately 2–4 business days from the date of order.
Please note that our company travels to Africa for sourcing approximately once every six months (for about one and a half months).
During this period, shipment may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.

3.2 Delivery Area
Delivery may not be available outside Japan or to certain regions and remote islands. Please note this in advance.

4. Product Price and Additional Fees
Product prices are based on the prices displayed on each product page.
In addition to the product price, shipping fees, cash-on-delivery handling fees, and any other fees indicated at the time of purchase will be charged.
All prices displayed include consumption tax and other applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation, Exchange, and Returns
Cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience are generally not accepted after the order has been completed.
However, if the delivered product is damaged, soiled, or different from the ordered item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will arrange a return or exchange.In such cases, please return all items that were delivered.
